RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Risonix, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements may be processed.

1. Order Issues or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we generally do not accept returns for opened items.
However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
